Offers may not convert for two possible reasons:
- There will be times when offers do not convert. This is the nature of the system since advertisers pose stringent requirements prior to approving conversions. Do make sure to follow instructions exactly as you can. Advertisers may, or may not approve your offer based on a variety of criteria. Pay close attention to their requirements.
- Secondly, there is a possibility that your offer may be manually confirmed conversion. If such instances, please allow a full business day or two for the advertiser to approve your offer. Advertisers may also go on a furlough without giving notice, so take some time off and wait until they get back.
Most of the offers on our site, undergo a vetting process. Those that do not convert are removed as soon as they are detected and reported to us. We ensure that our advertisers are always apprised of their responsibilities and endeavor to keep them updated in order to protect our users.
Please take into consideration that if offers cannot convert, we also stand to gain nothing. It is in our interests to ensure that advertisers make offers that do convert for the benefit of the user, the advertiser and for ours. It is our goal to make sure that we only serve offers that convert that will keep all parties engaged and happy.
